Organisation settings

Edit your Organisation's identity, contact details, address, and the currencies you can price in.

Organisation settings holds the identity and billing details for your active workspace — the name, logo, contact info, and address that appear on Invoices and receipts, plus the currencies you're allowed to price in. It's grouped into calm sections (Brand, Contact, Address, Currencies) with a save bar that only appears once you've made an edit. Currency now lives here as a field of this form; it used to be its own tab, and /settings/currency simply redirects back to this page.

Organisation settings — the Brand, Contact, Address, and Currencies sections with the sticky unsaved-changes save bar. (Authenticated screen — sign in at payments.clocknext.com to view.)

What you can do here

  • Upload, change, or remove the Organisation logo.
  • Edit the Organisation name and contact email (both required) and website.
  • Set the full postal address that prints on Invoices and receipts.
  • Add currencies you can price in, choose the primary currency, and remove ones you no longer need.
  • Save or discard all your edits together from the sticky save bar.

Owner or admin only

If you're a plain member, the whole form is read-only and shows "Only an owner or admin can edit these details." You can still view every field.

On this page

The page re-fetches the Organisation details and workspace currencies each time it loads, then builds one editable form from both.

Brand

  • Logo — Upload / Change and Remove controls. PNG or JPG, up to 5MB.
  • Organisation name — required; shown across the app and on documents.

Contact

  • Email — required, validated as a real email address.
  • Website — optional.

Address

Appears on Invoices and receipts.

  • Street address
  • City and State
  • Country — searchable dropdown of every country, with flag and ISO code.
  • Pincode — numeric only.

Currencies

Chips for each currency you can price in. The primary currency is marked with an amber star and a highlighted border. Non-primary currencies show a star button to Make primary and an × to Remove. USD and the current primary cannot be removed. Add currency opens a picker to add more.

Saving your changes

Every edit — including logo, address, and currency changes — is staged locally. A sticky You have unsaved changes bar slides in at the bottom with Discard and Save changes. On save, the Organisation details are written first, then currency changes are reconciled in order (added, then removed, then the new primary is starred). If a currency change is rejected, the form re-syncs to the server's actual state so it never drifts.
